One of the most important aspects of NGO work is to cultivate community. Activist Rani Saiba has been doing incredible work with the local transgender community in Islamabad, Pakistan. She runs a number of madrassa’s and shelters which provide a safe and supportive space for transgender women to learn useful life skills. The Power Sharing is happy to have provided these women with new Eid clothes as well as sewing supplies during this blessed month of Ramadan!
